In order to improve overall performance and reliability of the Cync system, we will be deploying upgrades to our cloud infrastructure during the following days/times:
- Thursday March 10th 3:30 AM - 5:30 AM EST - Monday March 21st 3:30 AM- 4:30 AM EDT
During the downtime periods, users will be unable to:
- Log in to the Cync app - Add or remove devices - Modify settings - Control devices using the Cync app - View camera live feeds or recorded clips - Receive notification for motion or sound alerts from Cync cameras - Add or modify any Cam Cync subscriptions
